  1. In a pan,add olive oil,add the carrots and marrow and fry for 5 minutes..
  2. Add water or vegetable stock along with salt and pepper.
  3. Boil for 10 minutes or until all vegetables are cooked through. (On another side add grill pan and add sliced marrow,sprinkle some olive oil salt and pepper. Twist for 5-8 minutes).
  4. At this point, you can serve the soup as a chunky soup or blend it.(I prefer mix,so I blended half and half chunky).
  5. Season to taste, then divide the soup between bowls.Serve immediately along with grilled marrows.
